We are dealing with a lot of enquiries right now for the remaining apartments on the Ex-Polaris world golf resorts . Polaris World went bust after the financial crisis of 2008 – but not before building 6 fantastic golf resorts in and around Murcia. Each site has a fantastic golf resort and a different arrangement of onsite property and facilities . When the developer went bust , the banks assumed ownership of the properties and have sold them off in tranches since.

The final units to be sold are on Terrazas De La Torre – this site is around 12 miles from the coast – but because of the great roads which were also improved at the time – this is only 15 or 20 minutes drive. The towns of Roldan and Balsicas are closeby . The train station in Balsicas makes many other places easily accessible .

Property on Terrazas De La Torre is mainly apartment blocks with 1,2 and 3 bedrooms available . Each Block has its own communal pool and all are South or South-East facing .

Because these are bank stock – they only come with an oven and hob – you need to consider Air Con units, Washing machines, Fridge Freezers, Light Fittings and Furnishings etc . However , one bed apartments start from only €38500 , two bed apartments start from €49,800 and three bed apartments from €74,900. Bear in mind that these units although not new , have never been lived in .

The site is under 24 hour security as you would expect from a high end golf resort. Monthly fees are around €100 which covers maintenance of the gardens, communal pools  etc etc.

San Pedro Del Pinatar is a typically spanish seaside resort.

Pilar De La Horadada is only a couple of miles inland from its neighbour Torre De La Horadada which is on the actual coast.

It is more of a spanish town with everything you might expect from a larger settlement.
